Free “Startup School” takes place in Karaganda

Free courses on opening and promoting startups in the field of IT technologies are held in Karaganda. Lectures to young entrepreneurs are given by Astana Hub expert Aivar Kurmanov.

The intensive course “Startup School” for all young entrepreneurs with an idea in the IT field is conducted by Astana Hub specialists as part of the Startup Sapary program in Karaganda.

They have already delivered lectures and seminars in Petropavlovsk, Atyrau, Kyzylorda, Turkestan, Uralsk, Kostanay, Taraz and Kokshetau. In general, the technopark team plans to visit 17 regional centers.

Experts talk about how a startup differs from a classic business, discuss their advantages and current trends in the world of digital technologies.

Participants are told about the activities and capabilities of the Astana Hub International Technology Park of IT startups and its successful projects.
- Now we are starting our first steps in the development of startup culture in the regions. We will support each regional hub and work closely with them so that there will be more willing and active technology entrepreneurs. Astana Hub is ready to share experience and will work on transferring the methodology and educational programs to the regions,” said Azat Aliaskar, Director of the Community Hub and Regional Development Department of Astana Hub.

In Karaganda, the course will last two days: November 25 and 26. As a result, all participants will be awarded certificates. Then the technopark team will go with lectures to Ust-Kamenogorsk and Pavlodar.
